There are a number of different ways to start a search for information to help you in your studies, each with their own merits

General Searches

If you would like to look for books or videos on our shelves by keyword, title or author, you could start with the library catalogue. If you would like to search for articles from subscription journals we have access to many different databases that you could try.

Falmouth University students: you can also try the One Stop Search facility, which will look both on our shelves and through all of the journals and databases that Falmouth subscribes to.

Exeter University students: you may wish to try searching the Exeter catalogue if the material you are after is not available at the Penryn Campus.

Searching by Course or Subject

If you would like to narrow down your search to your own subject area, there are suggested resources included on the subjects section of the website. Finally, for lists of suggested reading chosen by the lecturers on your course, look to your course's resource (reading) lists.

We are here to help if you have problems searching for material using any of these methods.
