Networked Digital Library of Theses - Good starting point for looking for online theses. The NDLTD Union Catalogue contains more than one million records of electronic Theses and dissertations and provides links to key websites.
Australasian Digital Theses Program - a database of digital versions of theses produced by the postgraduate research students at Australian universities
DART-Europe - portal provides access to over 120,000 full text research degree theses from 12 European countries including Belgium, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.

USA - many institutions have their own electronic repositories, often providing 'open access' full text to theses. where access is not provided, listings may be avilable from the library catalogues for those institutions.
